The invention relates to a linkage type guide rod pile hammer device. The device comprises a top beam support, a pile cap, a plurality of pile hammer units and detachers; the pile cap covers the top end of a pile body; each pile hammer unit comprises a machine hammer piston seat mounted on the pile cap, a guide rod vertically arranged between the pile cap and the top beam support, an air cylinder body which is arranged on the guide rod in a sliding manner and works in cooperation with the machine hammer piston seat, and a pile hammer body fixedly connected to the air cylinder body; the pile hammer bodies of all the pile hammer units are fixedly connected into a whole through an undercarriage; and the detachers are connected to the top of the undercarriage and can be detached from the undercarriages. Compared with the prior art, the pile hammer device is stable and reliable in working process, simple in structure, convenient to operate and the like.
