The invention discloses a laying device for a sodium bentonite waterproof blanket. The laying device comprises a traction machine, a roller structure and a cleaning structure, wherein the traction machine is connected with the roller structure and used for pulling the roller structure to move forwards; the roller structure comprises a laying structure and an automatic cutting structure; the laying structure comprises a wheel carrier, a supporting frame, a main roller shaft, a support, a traction roller, a fixing frame, a driven roller, a pressing roller, a traction motor, a coiling disc, an adjusting frame and the like and is used for laying the waterproof blanket; and the cleaning structure is arranged on the lower rear portion of the roller structure and comprises a rotary sweeping disc used for sweeping sundries. The laying device is powered by the traction machine, the whole device is pulled to move linearly, a laying site is cleaned through the cleaning structure, then the laying structure is used for laying the waterproof blanket, the waterproof blanket is laid on the ground, the automatic cutting structure is used for automatic cutting after laying is completed, the waterproof blanket is automatically and rapidly laid, and the laying quality and efficiency of the waterproof blanket can be effectively improved.
