The invention provides a skid steer loader and a remote control system thereof. The remote control system comprises an electric control assembly, a handheld operation assembly, a wireless signal transmission assembly, a camera shooting assembly and a display assembly; the electric control assembly is used for controlling the skid steer loader; the handheld operation assembly is used for receiving an operation signal of a user; the wireless signal transmission assembly is used for transmitting the operation signal to the electric control assembly, so that the electric control assembly controls the skid steer loader according to the operation signal; the camera shooting assembly is arranged on the skid steer loader, and the camera shooting assembly collects working condition information of the skid steer loader; and the wireless signal transmission assembly is further used for transmitting the working condition information of the skid steer loader to the display assembly, so that the display assembly can display the working condition information of the skid steer loader. According to the system, the working condition information of the skid steer loader can be remotely presented, a driver can remotely control the skid steer loader, immersive driving experience is provided for the driver, and meanwhile harm of severe working conditions to personnel is avoided.
