The invention provides an internet-of-things micro-water flushing system and a toilet cleaning method, and relates to the field of toilet systems. The system comprises a squatting pan, which comprises a squatting pan cavity, a pedal panel, a flushing nozzle and a flushing pipe, wherein the flushing nozzle is arranged at the front end of the squatting pan cavity, the two ends of the flushing pipe are connected with the flushing nozzle and a valve, and a flow meter is arranged at a water outlet of the valve; a controller, a sensor and a low-position exhaust fan are arranged at the rear end or on the side face of the squatting pan, and an indoor illuminating lamp, a toilet cubicle state indicator lamp and a signal capturer are arranged on the upper portion of the squatting pan; the controller is respectively connected with the sensor, the valve, the low-position exhaust fan, the flow meter, the toilet cubicle state indicator lamp, the indoor illuminating lamp and the signal capturer; a drain pipe is communicated with a drain outlet in the bottom of the squatting pan cavity; and an installation connecting piece is arranged between the drain outlet and the drain pipe and used for sealing the squatting pan cavity.
