The method comprises the following steps of S1, building a three-dimensional model of a curved surface modeling which comprises rigid contour skeletons, skeleton supports, steel cables and clamps; S2, determining intersection positions of all the steel cables, numbering the intersection positions, and determining three-dimensional coordinates of numbered positions; S3, mounting a rigid outline framework; S4, preliminarily installing the steel cables, arranging the steel cables between the rigid outline frameworks in a pulling mode, installing clamps at the crossed positions of the steel cables, and forming a primary steel cable net; S5, on the basis of the primary steel cable net, increasing the steel cable installation number, forming a secondary steel cable net, wherein the density of the secondary steel cable net is larger than that of the primary steel cable net; and S6, installing rattans on the second-stage steel cable net. According to the construction method, the net-shaped flexible framework is formed on the rigid framework through interweaving of the steel cables, the rattans are installed on the flexible framework, the crossed positions of the steel cables are fixed through the clamps, the positions can be adjusted according to needs, and operation is convenient.
