The invention relates to a construction method of an externally-wrapped lower chord member and A-bracket rib plate fabricated double-T plate. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) prefabricating an A-bracket, wing plates, a lower chord member, an end rod and a stabilizing rod; (2) transporting the prefabricated parts to an assembly site, assembling the A-bracket and the lower chord member to form two parallel A-bracket rib plates, and connecting the two A-bracket rib plates by adopting the stabilizing rod; (3) assembling the wing plates; (4) arranging a rib body in a lower chord member body, and tensioning the rib body, so that tensioning the lower chord member; (5) hoisting the assembled and integrated A-bracket rib plate fabricated double-T plate to the needed position; and (6) detaching a tool steel strand, and completing installation. According to the construction method, fragmented prefabrication and field assembly are adopted, transportation and storage yard storage are facilitated, cost is saved, convenience is improved, the construction period is greatly shortened, economic benefits are brought, wide application prospects are achieved, and the development of fabricated buildings is greatly promoted.
