Fast-assembly type indoor partition wall and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fast-assembly type indoor partition wall and a construction method thereof. The fast-assembly type indoor partition wall comprises wallboard modules, a U-shaped base and an H-shaped supporting beam, a bottom layer wallboard is inserted between an opening of the U-shaped base and a downward opening of the H-shaped supporting beam, an upper layer wallboard module is inserted in an upward opening of the H-shaped supporting beam, and a positioning structure is arranged between every two adjacent wallboard modules in the transverse direction. During construction, the U-shaped base is laid on the ground firstly, then a lower layer wallboard module is inserted, the H-shaped supporting beam is buckled, then the upper layer wallboard module is inserted, the base, the lower layer wallboard module, the H-shaped supporting beam and the upper layer wallboard module are in an overlapped state, and the wallboard modules are limited in the U-shaped base and the H-shaped supporting beam to be fixed; and after one column of wallboards are constructed, the next column of wallboards are constructed, and the adjacent wallboard modules in the transverse direction are locked through the positioning structures, so that the overall strength is enhanced. Therefore, rapid and continuous installation of the indoor partition wall can be achieved, the partition wall construction efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种快装型室内隔墙及其施工方法。快装型室内隔墙包括墙板模块、U型底座和H型支撑梁,底层墙板插在U型底座的开口和H型支撑梁朝下的开口之间,上层的墙板模块插在H型支撑梁朝上的开口内,横向相邻的墙板模块之间设置有定位结构。施工时先将U型底座铺设于地面,然后插入下层墙板模块,接着扣上H型支撑梁,再插入上层墙板模块,使底座、下层墙板模块、H型支撑梁和上层墙板模块呈叠置状态,墙板模块被限制在U型底座和H型支撑梁内实现固定;施工完一列墙板后再施工下一列墙板,横向相邻的墙板模块则之间通过定位结构进行锁定,有助于加强整体强度。可见本发明可实现室内隔墙的快速连续化安装,提高了隔墙施工效率,节约了成本。
