Photovoltaic installation method for light steel roof
The invention discloses a photovoltaic installation method for a light steel roof, which comprises the following steps of: (1) laying a covering layer: laying a waterproof layer composed of waterproof coiled materials on a metal roof board; (2) installing a steel support, wherein the steel support comprises a supporting column, a bearing plate arranged at the top end of the supporting column and a support installation groove formed in the bearing plate, the support installation groove is provided with a strip hole for mounting a fastener, and the supporting column penetrates through the waterproof layer and is fixedly connected with a purline; wrapping the joint part of the supporting column and the waterproof layer by adopting a wrapping part formed by upturning the waterproof coiled material, and closing and sealing the top of the wrapping part by adopting a metal hoop; (3) installing a photovoltaic support: erecting the photovoltaic support in the support installation groove, and fixedly connecting the photovoltaic support with the support installation groove through the fastener penetrating through the strip hole; and (4) installing a photovoltaic assembly: fixedly installing the photovoltaic assembly on the photovoltaic support. According to the invention, the service life of the metal roof board can be prolonged; and then reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on the light steel roof is achieved.
本发明公开了一种轻钢屋面的光伏安装方法,包括如下步骤:1)铺设覆层:在金属屋面板上铺设由防水卷材组成的防水层;2)安装钢支座:钢支座包括支撑柱、设于支撑柱顶端的支承板以及设于支承板上的支架安装槽;支架安装槽设有用于安装紧固件的条孔;使支撑柱贯穿防水层并与檩条固接;采用由防水卷材上翻形成的包裹部将支撑柱与防水层的结合部包裹,并在包裹部顶部采用金属箍收口密封;3)安装光伏支架:将光伏支架架设在支架安装槽中,光伏支架通过贯穿条孔的紧固件与支架安装槽固接;4)安装光伏组件:在光伏支架上固定安装光伏组件。本发明能延长金属屋面板的使用寿命,进而实现光伏发电在轻钢屋面上的可靠应用。
