The device comprises a platform body, a panel pressing machine, a rotating device, a supporting frame, a track and a track beam; the track is installed at the lower end of the supporting frame, the track beam is installed on a high-altitude corridor in the middle of a roof, and the track is arranged on the track beam; and the platform body is installed at the upper end of the supporting frame, the rotating device is arranged in the middle of the platform body, the panel pressing machine is installed on the rotating device, and an uncoiler is arranged on the supporting frame. According to the embodiment, the problems of rolling and vertical and horizontal transportation of ultra-long metal plates with high-altitude corridor bidirectional metal roofs under limited construction conditions are solved.
