The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission line iron towers, and discloses an electric power iron tower reinforcing structure. An original diagonal member is bolted in an original main material; a reinforcing diagonal member is installed on the surface of the original diagonal member; diagonal member connecting plates are installed on the surfaces of the reinforcing diagonal member and the original diagonal member; an original auxiliary material is bolted between the original diagonal member and the original main material; an inner side wrapping plate is installed on the inner wall of the original main material; an inner side stiffening plate is installed on the side, away from the original main material, of the inner side wrapping plate; first reinforcing short angle steel is installed on the side, away from the inner side wrapping plate, of the original main material; and an outer side wrapping plate is installed on the side, away from the original main material, of the first reinforcing short angle steel. The reinforcing structure is integrally connected with the original main material and locked through four M20 bolts, one face of the reinforcing structure is concentrically connected with holes in the reinforcing short angle steel, the other face of the reinforcing structure is concentrically connected with an outer side reinforcing plate, and therefore the effect of well reinforcing the main material is achieved, and the overall wind resistance of a power transmission iron tower is improved.
