The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly portable house. The portable house comprises a bottom plate made of high-strength steel, moving mechanisms which are connected with the bottom plate through telescopic mechanisms, and a water collector which is mounted on the right side of a top plate. In the using process of the energy-saving and environment-friendly portable house, firstly, all plates are separated, so that a large amount of materials can be saved during transportation of the energy-saving and environment-friendly portable house, and during installation and connection, installation and connection can be conducted through the cooperation effect of the top plate, the bottom plate and installation plates; the installation firmness can be guaranteed through the adopted installation mode, meanwhile, the portable house can collect rainwater, electricity can be generated through solar energy, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly performance of the portable house is effectively improved; and the portable house has a telescopic plate, the telescopic plate can be used for placing objects and can also be used as a bed, and the telescopic plate can be stored, so that the use efficiency of the portable house is effectively improved.
