The nuclear island structure layout comprises two nuclear island plants arranged in a mirror image mode and a heavy part road arranged between the two nuclear island plants and shared by the two nuclear island plants, each nuclear island plant comprises a reactor plant, a fuel plant, a nuclear island chimney, a safety plant group, a nuclear auxiliary plant group and an access plant, the nuclear island chimneys, the fuel plants and the safety plant groups surround the peripheries of the reactor plants and are sequentially connected, the nuclear auxiliary plant groups are arranged on the outer sides, away from the reactor plants, of the fuel plants and the nuclear island chimneys and connected with the fuel plants and the nuclear island chimneys, and the access plants are arranged on the outer sides, far away from the reactor plants, of the nuclear island chimneys and are connected with the nuclear auxiliary plant groups and the nuclear island chimneys.
