The comprehensive logistics park comprises the existing railway station and an existing operation area, and is used for relieving the goods operation pressure of the existing operation area and providing storage type service for the existing operation area by newly building a transverse through type operation area and a storage area on the outer side of the existing operation area correspondingly; a longitudinal operation area and a storage area are newly built at the tail ends of the two sides of a railway station so as to meet the operation requirements of various types of goods, and cross interference among the operation areas is reduced; and an office area is newly built in the park center, so that workers are close to all operation areas and storage areas, and the working efficiency is high. According to the comprehensive logistics park, the operation area and the storage area are arranged on the two sides of the station correspondingly, the function partition arrangement is reasonable, the goods train receiving and dispatching are flexible, the loading and unloading operation efficiency is high, the mutual loading and unloading operation and goods storage influence is small, and compared with the logistics park with a newly-built special railway, the comprehensive logistics park has the advantages of being low in engineering investment and high in goods transportation efficiency.
