The invention discloses a clutch convenient for manual unlocking. The clutch comprises an input gear, a transmission part, a clutch body, and a manual gear, wherein the input gear is provided with a first inner side wall; a main body of the transmission part and the input gear are coaxially arranged, the main body of the transmission part is provided with an outer side wall, the outer side wall is provided with at least one first notch, and the area between the first notch and the first inner side wall is a switching area; the clutch body is arranged in the switching area, when the clutch body is clamped at the end limiting position of the switching area, the input gear is connected with the transmission part, and when the clutch body is not located at the end limiting position of the switching area, the input gear is separated from the transmission part; and the manual gear and the input gear are coaxially arranged, the manual gear is provided with an unlocking shifting part, and the unlocking shifting part is arranged between the first inner side wall and the outer side wall. The unlocking shifting part can shift the clutch body to leave the end of the switching area, and after the clutch body leaves the end of the switching area, the manual gear can drive the transmission part to rotate. The door lock comprises the clutch and a shell.
