The invention provides a retractable maintenance platform device which comprises a fixing frame fixed to a portal frame. A supporting frame is rotatably connected with the fixing frame, an electronic lock mechanism is installed between the fixing frame and the supporting frame, one end of an extension ladder is rotatably connected with the fixing frame or the portal frame, and a clamp installation plate is installed at the position, away from the fixing frame, of the supporting frame. And a clamp mechanism is rotatably connected to the clamp installation plate and can clamp the other end of the extension ladder. In a working state, the electronic lock component fixes the supporting frame and the fixing frame to be in a locked state, the supporting frame cannot rotate relative to the fixing frame, and the clamp mechanism clamps the extension ladder; and in the maintenance state, the electronic lock component fixes the supporting frame and the fixing frame to be in the open state, the supporting frame rotates around the fixing frame to be flattened, the clamp framework clamps the extension ladder to be pulled downwards, then the extension ladder is loosened, and the extension ladder is directly pulled out manually. The maintenance platform is controlled to be folded and unfolded through the electronic lock component, after the maintenance platform is unfolded, the extension ladder can be directly held manually, and operation is convenient and saves labor.
