The multi-land-condition sand stabilization rapid laying device comprises a rack, a front plough, an infiltrating irrigation pipe laying device, a water-retaining agent container, bottom layer matrix containers, a grass seed seeder, a spraying device, a compacting device, a soil covering device and an electronic controller, wherein the front plough is connected to the front end of the rack, the infiltrating irrigation pipe laying device, the water-retaining agent container, the first bottom layer matrix container, the grass seed seeder, the other first bottom layer matrix container, the spraying device and the second bottom layer matrix container are sequentially arranged and installed in the middle position of the rack, the compacting device is installed at the tail end of the rack, the soil covering device is installed at the tail of the rack, and the electronic controller is arranged inside the infiltrating irrigation pipe laying device. According to the multi-land-condition sand stabilization rapid laying device, the integration degree is high, a suitable growth environment is provided for germination and growth of grass seeds, water retention layers are arranged on the interfaces of the upper growth environment and the lower growth environment of the grass seeds, loss of water in the vertical direction is prevented, meanwhile, arranged matrix layers are loose and porous, the whole growth environment of the grass seeds is ventilated and permeable, and germination is easier.
