The invention discloses a honeysuckle soilless culture device. The honeysuckle soilless culture device comprises a planting box, planting frames evenly distributed on the planting box and a pesticide spraying device arranged above the planting box. The planting box comprises a cavity used for accommodating a nutrient solution, a planting cavity formed in the inner concave part of the outer side of the cavity, a fixing frame arranged in the planting cavity and an automatic liquid supplementing device communicating with the planting cavity with the cavity. The interior of the cavity is vacuum, and a liquid inlet is formed in the upper part of the cavity. The outer side of the cavity is concave inwards to form the inner concave part. The automatic liquid supplementing device comprises a first through hole formed in the cavity, a second through hole oppositely formed in the planting cavity, a spring fixedly arranged in the first through hole, a plugging piece arranged at the other end of the spring, a hinge part fixedly arranged in the planting cavity, a floating ball rotating along the hinge part, and a driving piece driving the plugging piece to open and close the first through hole along with ascending and descending of the floating ball. The honeysuckle soilless culture device is simple in structure, sunshine and humidity required by honeysuckle growth are met, and the yield of honeysuckle is increased.
