The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, and particularly discloses a method for preparing concrete by using concrete wastewater, which comprises the following steps: S1, filtering and separating the concrete wastewater to obtain to-be-treated filtrate and filter residues; S2, subjecting the filtrate to be treated to chloride ion desorption treatment to obtain recycled filtrate subjected to chloride ion desorption; S3, uniformly re-mixing the reuse filtrate after the chloride ions are desorbed with the filter residues to obtain mixing reuse water; and S4, mixing the mixing reuse water, clear water, cement, mineral powder, fly ash, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and a water reducing agent according to a proportion to obtain the concrete. The method has the effects of improving the capability of removing chloride ions in the wastewater and reducing the situation that the concentration of the chloride ions is too high to limit the use of the wastewater.
