The invention provides montmorillonite recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, pre-wetting recycled coarse aggregate; S2, mixing and stirring montmorillonite and mixing water, enabling the use amount of the mixing water to be larger than that of montmorillonite, and thus obtaining stirred montmorillonite turbid liquid; S3, mixing and stirring the recycled coarse material A, natural coarse aggregate, natural river sand and cement to obtain a first mixture; S4, mixing and stirring the first mixture and the montmorillonite turbid liquid to obtain a second mixture; S5, taking cement to be continuously mixed and stirred with the second mixture, to obtain a third mixture; and S6, adding water for mixing into the third mixture, continuously stirring for 120 seconds, and after uniformly stirring, pouring out and molding to obtain the montmorillonite recycled concrete. The preparation method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple operation, strong practicability, uniform montmorillonite dispersion and good concrete fluidity.
