The mortar is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 540 parts of cement, 1278 parts of sand, 10.8-32.4 parts of a composite phase change material, 270 parts of water and 2.7 parts of a water reducing agent. The phase change energy storage mortar prepared by the invention has good mechanical property, heat-conducting property, heat insulation property and freeze-thaw resistance, the problem of leakage of a phase change material in a cement-based material is solved, and a new method is provided for improving the freeze-thaw resistance of the mortar. The prepared phase change energy storage mortar does not need additional equipment and artificial energy supply, only utilizes the existing energy in the nature, and meets the target requirement for sustainable development.
