The efficient cement concrete water reducing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-38 parts of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether, 8-10 parts of mercaptoacetic acid, 28-35 parts of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 5-8 parts of dichloromethane, 12-16 parts of benzyl chloride, 12-16 parts of diethyl ether, 1-3 parts of a polymerization inhibitor, 2-5 parts of an initiator a, 3-6 parts of an initiator b and 15-26 parts of deionized water. According to the efficient cement concrete water reducing agent, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, dichloromethane and the polymerization inhibitor are adopted to prepare a monomer product, and methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether is compounded so that a certain resistance effect on clay is achieved, the fluidity of cement paste is further effectively reduced, and the application range of the water reducing agent is widened; the whole preparation process guarantees the sealing performance of the materials, external pollution is avoided, and then the preparation quality of the cement concrete water reducing agent is effectively improved.
