Asphalt pavement with composite structure
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement with a composite structure. Theasphalt pavement sequentially comprises a roadbed layer, a first waterproof layer, a stress release layer, a sealing layer, a second waterproof layer and a cement-asphalt composite structure layer from bottom to top, the stress release layer adopts concrete pillows as constraint boundaries, and buffer broken stones are paved between the concrete pillows; the cement-asphalt composite structure layer is mainly composed of a cement concrete layer and an asphalt mixture layer embedded and extruded into the cement concrete layer, and a reinforcing mesh is laid in the bottom of the cement concrete layer. The pavement provided by the embodiment of the invention is formed by compounding a plurality of structural layers with different material types and mechanical properties, the advantages of a rigid pavement and a flexible pavement can be integrated, and the occurrence of pavement diseases is reduced in a low-cost manner.
本发明公开了一种复合结构沥青路面,其中,自下而上依次包括路基层、第一防水层、应力释放层、封层、第二防水层及水泥‑沥青复合结构层,所述应力释放层采用混凝土枕作为约束边界,所述混凝土枕之间铺满缓冲碎石;所述水泥‑沥青复合结构层主要由水泥混凝土层以及嵌挤入所述水泥混凝土层的沥青混合料层组成,所述水泥混凝土层底部内铺设有钢筋网。本申请实施例提供的路面由数层不同材料类型和力学性质的结构层复合而成,可综合刚性路面和柔性路面的优势,以低成本的方式减少路面病害的发生。
