The invention relates to a steel truss bridge deck system disease inspection system which comprises a walking device, a shooting device and a control device, the walking device comprises at least two guide rails, at least two first walking mechanisms and a walking cross beam, the first walking mechanisms are matched with the guide rails in a guiding mode, the walking cross beam is connected between the two first walking mechanisms, and the guide rails are used for being connected with the lower chord of a steel bridge; the shooting device comprises a shooting assembly and a second walking mechanism, the shooting assembly is in guide fit with the walking cross beam through the second walking mechanism, and the shooting assembly is used for obtaining steel bridge surface disease feature information. Automatic disease inspection is facilitated, meanwhile, the walking device and the shooting device are small in size, normal traffic operation is not affected, the inspection efficiency is improved, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and then the safety of the inspection process is improved.
