The grout leakage prevention device comprises multiple sets of grout leakage prevention mechanisms which are arranged on the outer side walls of formworks and distributed at intervals, wherein each group of grout leakage prevention mechanism comprises two grout leakage prevention units and two driving parts connected with the grout leakage prevention units, the number of the grout leakage prevention units and the number of the driving parts are both two, the two grout leakage prevention units are correspondingly arranged on the outer side walls of two adjacent formworks, the two grout leakage prevention units are symmetrically arranged, the two driving parts are correspondingly arranged on the outer side walls of the two adjacent formworks, and the driving parts drive the two grout leakage prevention units to relatively move in the axial direction of the grout leakage prevention units until the two grout leakage prevention units make contact with each other. According to the invention, grout can be effectively prevented, and follow-up construction is facilitated; and the device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and use and capable of being recycled, and construction cost is reduced.
