The invention discloses a construction method for reinforcing a liquefiable foundation through the combination of construction waste and industrial waste residues. The construction method comprises the steps of preparing a permeable pile; inserting an electrode into the permeable pile; and exciting the strength of the permeable pile by using the electrode, so that the saturability of soil around the permeable pile is reduced, and additionally, the water permeability of the permeable pile body is considered. The construction method has the advantages of the scientific and reasonable structure and safety and convenience in use, the electrode is electrified with direct current so as to electrolyze pore water in saturated soil, the cathode generates hydrogen, the anode generates oxygen, and the saturability of the soil can be reduced by the generated gas, so that the liquefaction resistance of the foundation can be effectively improved; and a large number of hydroxyl ions are generated near the cathode in the electrolysis process, under the action of alkali excitation, the strength of the permeable pile is continuously improved, and the permeable pile body can simultaneously take the strength and water permeability into consideration. The construction process has the advantages of simplicity and high operability, the bearing capacity of the foundation can be effectively improved, the soil is prevented from liquefying, and the material of the permeable pile body is energy-saving and environment-friendly and is obvious in economical efficiency.
