The invention relates to the technical field of slow-coagulation prestressed anti-floating piles, and discloses a slow-coagulation connecting device, an anti-floating pile and a hoisting method of the anti-floating pile. The slow condensation connecting device comprises a pile casing, a guide part and an anchoring part, the anchoring part is used for anchoring the end of a to-be-assembled wire, the pile casing wraps the anchoring part, and the guide part is assembled at the end of the pile casing so that a to-be-assembled part can slide towards the circumferential side of the to-be-assembled wire along the circumferential side of the pile casing through the guide part. Compared with the prior art, on one hand, a closed space is provided for the anchoring piece through the pile casing and the guiding piece, it is guaranteed that the anchoring part can move in the axial direction when the prestressed tendon is tensioned after concrete is poured, and therefore normal tensioning of the prestressed tendon is guaranteed; and on the other hand, the part to be assembled is prevented from being clamped at the end of the protective cylinder or the anchoring part in the assembling process, and the assembling efficiency is effectively improved through the guiding part.
