The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof construction methods, and particularly relates to a low-temperature-resistant zero-defect waterproof construction method for a building underground structure. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out base layer treatment before paving by using an anti-sticking coiled material of a strong cross laminated film; constructing a bottom plate; and performing waterproof construction on a side wall of the underground structure. The coiled material disclosed by the invention is flatly paved on a cushion layer and is firmly lapped, and the full sticky effect on the cushion layer is not required. After the structure on the macromolecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material of the cross laminated film to be lapped is constructed, the coiled material is reversely and tightly adhered to the bottom of a structural layer, so that the active waterproof effect is achieved. According to the method, the waterproof construction quality is guaranteed, the cross-flow risk of structure leakage is completely eradicated, the first-level waterproof requirement of waterproof construction is completely met, the method is not affected by the low-temperature environment, and the method can be popularized and applied to all underground construction projects in the whole industry.
