The invention discloses a fabricated anti-seismic energy dissipation wall, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The wall comprises a mounting frame, a cover plate, a fabricated wall body, a positioning rod and a positioning groove; the fabricated wall body is arranged in the mounting frame; a damping mechanism is arranged in the fabricated wall body; cleaning mechanisms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the fabricated wall body; and a reinforcing mechanism is arranged above the damping mechanism. Through cooperation of stress plates, an elastic bag and elastic pieces, when the fabricated wall body is impacted, the stress plates move towards the center and convert impact force borne by the fabricated wall body into extrusion force to the elastic bag and the elastic pieces, the elastic pieces can play a buffering role in the impact force borne by the fabricated wall body, meanwhile, the elastic pieces limit the deformation direction of the elastic bag, and the deformation force of the elastic bag pushes push plates to extrude air bags, so that the purpose of consuming the impact force borne by the fabricated wall is achieved.
