The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a constructional column reinforcing steel bar structure and a construction method thereof. The constructional column reinforcing steel bar structure comprises a main reinforcing steel bar part and a plurality of implanted reinforcing steel bars. One ends of the implanted reinforcing steel bars are connected with the main reinforcing steel bar part, the other ends of the implanted reinforcing steel bars are implanted into a building structure, the main reinforcing steel bar part and the implanted reinforcing steel bars are connected in an overlapping and binding mode, the main reinforcing steel bar part comprises four main reinforcing steel bars and a plurality of stirrups, one end of each main reinforcing steel bar is connected with one embedded reinforcing steel bar, and the other end of each main reinforcing steel bar is embedded into the building structure. According to the constructional column reinforcing steel bar structure and the construction method thereof, the implanted reinforcing steel bars on the upper part of the constructional column and the implanted reinforcing steel bars on the lower part of the constructional column are connected with the main reinforcing steel bars in a staggered mode, on the one hand, the number of the implanted reinforcing steel bars is reduced, the construction time is greatly shortened; and on the other hand, the structural strength of the constructional column reinforcing steel bars is further ensured.
