The invention discloses a wall connecting piece for building construction. The wall connecting piece comprises a pre-buried device, a wall connecting piece fastener, and connecting device; the pre-buried device is pre-buried in a concrete wall body; the connecting device is used for connecting the pre-buried device and the wall connecting piece fastener; the connecting device is a connecting screw rod; the pre-buried device comprises a pre-buried pipe and further comprises a first fastening nut; the wall connecting piece fastener comprises a fastener seat and a fastener gland; one end of the fastener seat and one end of the fastener gland are connected through a pin shaft; the other end of the fastener seat and the other end of the fastener gland are in fastened connection through a locking screw and a nut; a protruding section is arranged on the side, away from the fastener gland, of the fastener seat; a sleeving hole is formed in the protruding section; and the connecting screw rod is screwed and fastened with the first fastening nut after penetrating through the pre-buried pipe and the sleeving hole. By means of the pre-buried device, the wall connecting piece fastener and the connecting device, a scaffold can be conveniently and rapidly fixed to a building body, and the working efficiency and the stability of the scaffold are effectively improved.
