The invention discloses a rotary intelligent parking lot and an auxiliary vehicle arrangement mechanism. The rotary intelligent parking lot comprises a garage, a collecting pool and a first hydraulic telescopic rod; a ventilation fan is arranged on the side face of the garage; a guiding supporting column is arranged in the garage; a first motor is arranged in a lifting frame; the first motor is connected with a first transmission shaft through a first bevel gear set; the upper end of the first transmission shaft penetrates through a lifting frame to be connected with a first moving frame; the inner wall of the first moving frame is rotationally connected with a first conveying belt device; and an annular sliding way is arranged below the first moving frame. According to the rotary intelligent parking lot and the auxiliary vehicle arrangement mechanism, the overall internal structure of the garage is in a circular rotary layered mode for storing vehicles, the occupied space of the garage is reduced, meanwhile, internal vehicle storage is increased, the vehicles are pulled to a proper height through the lifting frame, the first moving frame is driven to rotate to correspond to a corresponding parking frame under the action of the first motor, and the first conveying belt device and a third conveying belt device move a vehicle to the parking frame to be placed.
