The invention discloses a sliding door guide assembly and a sliding door device. The sliding door guide assembly comprises a base, an adjusting unit and an elastic unit, wherein the base is provided with a first guide groove allowing a sliding door to slide in the first direction; the adjusting unit is fixedly connected to the base in the first direction in a position-adjustable mode; and the elastic unit is arranged between the base and the adjusting unit in the first direction and is suitable for protruding out of the first guide groove in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The sliding door device comprises a door frame and the sliding door. The top and/or the bottom of the sliding door are/is fixedly connected with the sliding door guide assembly. Through position change of the adjusting unit in the first direction, the protruding degree of the elastic unit towards the first guide groove can be changed under the action of the adjusting unit, thus the sliding door guide assembly can adapt to sliding doors with different thicknesses, the situation that the sliding door guide assembly is subjected to mold opening manufacturing again for the sliding doors with the different thicknesses is not needed, and accordingly the production and manufacturing cost is reduced.
