The invention discloses a wood fiber door leaf and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that (1) needle-leaved tree wood, an adhesive and a waterproof agent are weighed by weight; (2) the needle-leaved tree wood is cut into chopped fibers, and the chopped fibers are filtered through a screen and dried; (3) the adhesive and the waterproof agent are mixed with the dried chopped fibers obtained in the second step to form a mixed material; (4) the mixed material is conveyed into a double-screw extruder for shearing and extruding, and subjected to water cooling molding through a shaping mold to form a door plate base material; (5) the door plate base material is cut to a preset size; and (6) a preset LVL (laminated veneer lumber) framework is filled with the cut door plate base material, and pressurization is conducted to form the wood fiber door leaf. The wood fiber door leaf has the advantages of simple preparation processes, simple steps and wide available materials, and the problems that a door body is easy to rot and deform due to damp are effectively solved.
