Method for preparing recycled resource bricks based on construction wastes
The invention discloses a method for preparing recycled resource bricks based on construction wastes. The method comprises the following steps: step one, collecting construction wastes and removing impurities in the construction wastes for later use; step two, crushing the collected construction wastes and screening granular materials; step three, adding water and additives into the crushed granular materials and fully stirring to form a recycled resource brick pug; step four, pressing the recycled resource brick pug twice to form sintered brick blanks; and step five, putting the sintered brick blanks into a brick kiln, then roasting, drying and shaping, and taking the sintered brick blanks out of the kiln to obtain novel sintered bricks. Processing of the step two, the step three and the step four is completed in an integrated crushing and forming device; and the construction wastes are crushed in a manner of combining extrusion and knocking, so that the construction wastes with hard textures are crushed, and the crushing capacity of the device is effectively improved.
