The invention discloses a comprehensive treatment system for dredging and drying a river channel. Sludge in a river channel is lifted through cutter suction of a cutter suction dredger and is connected with a primary buffer tank through a movable compression-resistant conveying hose; a supernatant outlet above the primary buffer tank is connected with a sewage inlet of a shallow ion air flotation machine; clear water of the shallow ion air flotation machine is discharged into the river channel; and a scum outlet of the shallow ion air flotation machine is connected with an inlet of a secondary buffer tank; a sludge outlet of the primary buffer tank is connected with an inlet of the secondary buffer tank; a supernatant outlet of the secondary buffer tank is connected with the sewage inlet of the shallow ion air flotation machine; a sludge outlet of the secondary buffer tank is connected with a sludge conditioning tank; a sludge outlet of the sludge conditioning tank is connected with a screw squeezing separator; and a separated liquid outlet of the screw squeezing separator is connected with an inlet of the primary buffer tank; and a flocculant is added into the primary buffer tank and the sludge conditioning tank. The system can be used for efficiently treating sludge, and can save manpower.
