The invention relates to the technical field of cement manufacturing, in particular to a cement clinker prepared from inferior limestone and a preparation method thereof. The cement clinker is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-115 parts of inferior limestone, 15-20 parts of clay, 5-8 parts of gypsum, 6-8 parts of glass fiber, 5-10 parts of stabilizer and 8-12 parts of fly ash. According to the method for preparing the cement clinker disclosed by the invention, the inferior limestone is adopted, so that the cost can be saved; and low-grade limestone ore left in a mine of a cement plant can be fully utilized, so that full utilization of resources and environmental protection are facilitated, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved; meanwhile, a plurality of industrial wastes are also added in the preparation process of the clinker, so that various components in various wastes can be fully utilized, and the comprehensive performance of the cement is greatly improved.
本发明涉及水泥制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用劣质石灰石制备的水泥热料及其制备方法,其中所述水泥熟料主要由如下重量份数的原料组成:劣质石灰石85‑115份、黏土15‑20份、石膏5‑8份、玻璃纤维6‑8份、稳定剂5‑10份、粉煤灰8‑12份;本发明公布的制备水泥熟料的方法采用了劣质石灰石,既可以节约成本,还可以对水泥厂的矿山遗留的低品位石灰石矿进行充分利用,有利于资源的充分利用以及环境保护,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益;同时在熟料的制备过程中还加入若干工业废料,能够充分利用各种废料中的多种成分,大大提高水泥的综合性能。
