Production method for building waste recycling
The invention relates to the technical field of building waste recycling, and particularly discloses a production method for building waste recycling . The preparation method comprises the steps that 180-340 parts of cement, 1-520 parts of modified recycled aggregate, 520-1000 parts of natural aggregate, 500-600 parts of natural sand, 120-180 parts of water and 50-120 parts of high polymer emulsion are stirred, mixed and evenly dispersed to obtain recycled concrete mixed slurry, wherein the high polymer emulsion is prepared by mixing epoxy resin emulsion and furan resin emulsion; the mixed slurry is poured into a component mold, and the recycled concrete mixed slurry in the component mold is vibrated and compacted; and finally, the vibrated and compacted recycled concrete mixed slurry is cured to obtain a recycled concrete prefabricated part. The recycled concrete has the advantage that the strength of the recycled concrete is improved; in addition, the preparation method has the advantage of improving the strength of the recycled concrete, resources can be saved, and building waste is effectively utilized.
