The giant dielectric constant low-loss ceramic is prepared from CaCu3Ti4O12 and Yb2O3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in an air atmosphere, taking CaCO3, CuO and TiO2 as raw materials, taking Yb2O3 as an additive, and preparing the giant dielectric constant low-loss ceramic by adopting a solid-phase reaction process. The method fully utilizes the advantages of simple preparation process, high repeatability, high yield and the like of a solid phase method, and paves a way for large-scale industrial production.
