The invention relates to the technical field of municipal engineering, and discloses a rapid construction method of a road surface municipal well curb, which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, setting a construction range near a municipal well, dismantling the municipal well curb, removing a cast iron well lid by using an excavator in cooperation with manual work, cleaning impurities such as well curb concrete fragments, laitance and stone chips, and cleaning the bottom of the well curb; S2, preparing materials, mounting a forced stirrer, starting the forced stirrer, putting the coarse aggregate into the stirrer, then sequentially adding the cement, the fine aggregate, the silicon powder, the steel slag and the steel fiber while stirring, and continuously performing stirring for 1-2 minutes; and S3, adding a high-efficiency water reducing agent and a retarder into water according to the proportion, and draining the water mixed with the admixture into a stirrer for stirring for 2-4 minutes. The high-strength concrete disclosed by the invention is quick-hardening concrete which is mixed on site in situ, so that the design strength required by road surface driving can be achieved within 1 hour, and the economic and social benefits of municipal administration and traffic are effectively reduced.
