The horizontal displacement self-adjusting equipment foundation structure comprises an equipment foundation, a bottom embedded part, a cylinder , an auxiliary foundation, a self-adjusting device and a top embedded part; the bottom embedded part is embedded in the equipment foundation; the cylinder is connected to the bottom embedded part, a lower annular plate is arranged on the lower portion of the inner side of the cylinder, and an upper annular plate is connected to the top of the cylinder; the auxiliary foundation is positioned right above the equipment foundation; the top embedded part is embedded in the auxiliary foundation; the self-adjusting device comprises a limiting column, an upper limiting rod, a lower limiting rod and a spring; the limiting column is arranged between the upper annular plate and the lower annular plate; gaps are reserved between the limiting column and the upper annular plate and between the limiting column and the lower annular plate; the upper limiting rod is arranged in a hole of the upper annular plate in a penetrating manner; the lower limiting rod is arranged in a hole of the lower annular plate in a penetrating manner; the spring is sheathed on the lower limiting rod and the upper limiting rod; and the gas between the equipment foundation and the auxiliary foundation is filled with graded gravel. According to the horizontal displacement self-adjusting equipment foundation structure and the construction method thereof, the technical problems that due to deviation of a traditional equipment foundation in operation, resistance can be generated by equipment and matched pipelines, operation faults are caused, and production safety is threatened are solved.
