Lightweight internal partition wall
The invention discloses a lightweight internal partition wall. The lightweight internal partition wall is formed by splicing a plurality of light internal partition wall battens, and is characterized in that one or two vertical adhesive accommodating female grooves are formed in each vertical splicing surface of the lightweight internal partition wall battens; the vertical adhesive accommodating female grooves are groove structures, and the vertical adhesive accommodating female grooves between the adjacent lightweight internal partition wall battens form a vertically-through grouting channel; the grouting channel is densely filled with bonding slurry, every two adjacent lightweight internal partition wall battens are bonded through the bonding slurry, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the lightweight internal partition wall battens are connected to a structural beam and a floor through connecting pieces; and vertical ribs are arranged in the vertical adhesive accommodating female grooves, the upper ends and the lower ends of the vertical ribs are connected to the structural beam and the floor through embedded steel bar glue, and the vertical ribs are wrapped in the bonding slurry. Therefore, the problem that the partition battens crack at the abutted seam is resolved; and the lightweight internal partition wall has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency, safe, firm and the like.
本发明公开了一种轻质内隔墙,包括由数块轻质内隔墙条板拼接而成,其特征在于:所述轻质内隔墙条板的每个竖直拼接面上设有一个或两个竖直黏结物容纳母槽;所述竖直黏结物容纳母槽均为凹槽结构,相邻的轻质内隔墙条板之间的竖直黏结物容纳母槽形成上下贯通注浆通道;在所述注浆通道内密实填充粘结浆料,粘结浆料粘结两个相邻轻质内隔墙条板,轻质内隔墙条板的上端和下端通过连接件连接结构梁和楼板;在上述的竖直黏结物容纳母槽设有立筋,所述立筋的上下两端通过植筋胶连接连接结构梁和楼板,所述立筋包裹在上述的粘结浆料内。本发明解决了隔墙条板在拼缝处出现开裂的问题,而且施工效率高、安全牢固等优点。
