The invention discloses a fabricated type prefabricated light concrete outer wall enclosure plate. The outer wall enclosure plate is characterized by comprising an outer acanthus and an inner acanthus which are made of cement-based building materials, and a heat preservation layer bonded between the outer acanthus and the inner acanthus; and the outer acanthus and the inner acanthus on the same vertical splicing face are each provided with a vertical grouting female groove. The outer wall enclosure plate is simple in structure, high in construction efficiency, strong in wind pressure resistance and good in fire resistance, has a heat preservation function and solves the problem that cracks are likely to be generated at the abutted seam of existing inner and outer wall enclosure plates. Therefore, an outer wall installed on the outer wall enclosure plate does not crack and is high in flatness; double-plate overlapping construction is not needed, the situation that gridding cloth and anti-crack mortar are laid on the surface of the whole wall body for plastering and leveling is not needed, and no cracking phenomenon exists at the abutted seam; and in addition, construction of the decorative surface layer in the later period is facilitated, and the phenomena of water leakage, sound insulation and cold and hot bridges of the decorative surface layer due to insufficient flatness of the inner wall and cracking of abutted seams are avoided.
本发明公开了一种装配式预制轻砼外墙围护板，其特征在于，包括由水泥基建筑材料制成的外叶板和内叶板，以及粘结在外叶板和内叶板之间的保温层；在同一竖直拼接面上所述外叶板和内叶板上均设有一个竖直注浆母槽。本发明结构简单、施工效率高、抗风压能力强、耐火性好，且自带保温，解决了现有内外墙围护板拼缝处易产生裂缝的问题，本外墙围护板板安装的外墙不开裂、平整度高；无需双板叠加施工，不需要再在整面墙体的表面铺设网格布和抗裂砂浆进行抹灰找平，拼缝处无开裂现象；同时有利于后期装饰面层的施工，避免装饰面层因内墙平整度不够、拼缝处开裂的原因而出现漏水、隔音、冷热桥的现象。
