The invention discloses a stainless steel composite finish-rolled twisted steel bar. The stainless steel composite finish-rolled twisted steel bar comprises a stainless steel corrosion-resistant outer layer, a low-alloy steel core and a metallurgical bonding transition layer formed by hot rolling permeation of the stainless steel corrosion-resistant outer layer and the low-alloy steel core in the compounding process, the stainless steel corrosion-resistant outer layer is coated on the periphery of the low-alloy steel core, and the metallurgical bonding transition layer is an extension bonding layer which uniformly permeates from the stainless steel corrosion-resistant outer layer to the low-alloy steel core; the thickness of the stainless steel corrosion-resistant outer layer ranges from 0.10 mm to 2.00 mm, the thickness of the metallurgical bonding transition layer ranges from 0.02 mm to 0.15 mm, and the thickness of the stainless steel corrosion-resistant outer layer is 0.6%-10% of the radius of the finish-rolled twisted steel.
