The invention relates to the technical field of building machinery, in particular to a vibrating device and leveling equipment. The vibrating device comprises a leveling mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a vibrating mechanism; the vibrating mechanism comprises a vibrating plate and a vibrating driving part; the vibrating driving part is mounted on the vibrating plate; and the connecting rod mechanism is used for connecting the leveling mechanism and the vibrating mechanism, so that the vibrating plate vibrates up and down relative to the leveling mechanism under the driving of the vibrating driving part. According to the vibrating device, the vibrating mechanism can move independently through the connecting rod mechanism, and the downward pressure generated when the leveling mechanism falls onto a to-be-constructed surface and the influence of the vibrating mechanism on a whole machine can be effectively reduced; and in addition, through the arrangement of the connecting rod mechanism, in the leveling process, the vibrating mechanism can float along with fluctuation of the to-be-constructed surface, a lifting device does not need to be additionally arranged, and the connecting rod mechanism is simple in structure, so subsequent maintenance is convenient and the maintenance cost is low.
