The invention relates to the technical field of building devices, in particular to an automatic pouring and vibrating device for pier column pile foundation concrete and a construction method thereof. The automatic pouring and vibrating device comprises a construction platform, a mounting platform and a vibrating platform, the construction platform is arranged above a pier column pouring opening or a pile foundation pouring opening, a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the construction platform, the hoisting mechanism is connected with the mounting platform and used for controlling the mounting platform to move up and down, a telescopic tumbling barrel is arranged between the construction platform and the mounting platform, the upper end and the lower end of the telescopic tumbling barrel are detachably connected to the middle of the construction platform and the middle of the mounting platform respectively, hydraulic rods are symmetrically arranged on a mounting seat, and the output ends of the hydraulic rods are detachably connected with the vibrating platform. According to the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, when a traditional tumbling barrel is used for pouring a pile foundation or a pier column, manual assembly is needed, and workers need to enter a pouring part to vibrate concrete, so that the workload of workers is large, and large potential safety hazards exist are solved.
