The docking device comprises a to-be-mounted first steel column and a fixed second steel column; a first docking mechanism is arranged on the end, close to the first steel column, of the first steel column, and a second docking mechanism is arranged on the end, close to the second steel column, of the second steel column; the first docking mechanism comprises: a first U-shaped frame, a first side positioning guide plate, a first upper positioning guide plate, a first bottom bearing roller, and a bottom bearing roller drive assembly. The second docking mechanism comprises a second U-shaped frame, a second side positioning guide plate, a second upper positioning guide plate, and a second bottom bearing roller. Correction plugs are arranged on the two sides of the first docking mechanism; and correction plug bushes are arranged on the two sides of the second docking mechanism. The device can be rapidly disassembled, steel columns with different diameters can be docked, so that the practicability is improved; and the accuracy and stability of steel column docking are improved through cooperation of the arranged correction plugs and the corresponding correction plug bushes.
