The invention discloses a ribbed steel bar forming method and a thread rolling assembly thereof. The ribbed steel bar forming method comprises the following steps that S1, a cylindrical steel billet is subjected to hot rolling through a circular mold, the steel billet is pulled to pass through the circular mold, and the outer diameter of the cylindrical steel billet approaches to a target value through repeated hot rolling; S2, when the outer diameter of the cylindrical steel billet reaches the outer diameter of the transverse rib, thread rolling is conducted on the cylindrical steel billet, and therefore opposite threaded protrusions are formed on the cylindrical steel billet; the outer diameter of the thread-ed protrusions is kept consistent with the outer diameter of the transverse rib; and S3, through repeated thread rolling, the outer diameter of the cylindrical steel billet reaches the target size, and meanwhile the outer diameter of the transverse rib is a standard value. According to the ribbed steel bar forming method, the outer diameter of the steel bar can be decreased to reach the target value under the condition that the outer diameter of the transverse rib of the steel bar is kept unchanged, and the ribbed steel bar with the accurate outer diameter and transverse rib size is obtained; and the thread rolling assembly is used for achieving thread rolling in the ribbed steel bar forming method.
本发明公开了一种带肋钢筋成型方法及其螺纹轧制组件,其中带肋钢筋成型方法包括以下步骤:S1:通过圆形模具对圆柱钢坯进行热轧,钢坯被拉动经过圆形模具,多次热轧使圆柱钢坯外径趋近目标值;S2:当圆柱钢坯外径达到横肋外径尺寸时,对圆柱钢坯进行螺纹轧制,使圆柱钢坯产生相对的螺纹状凸起,并保持螺纹状凸起的外径与横肋外径一致;S3:经过若干次螺纹轧制,圆柱钢坯的外径达到目标尺寸,同时得到的横肋外径为标准值,本发明中的带肋钢筋成型方法可在保持钢筋横肋外径不变的情况下使钢筋外径变小达到目标值,得到外径和横肋的尺寸较为精准的带肋钢筋,螺纹轧制组件对带肋钢筋成型方法中的螺纹轧制进行实现。
