Polyester film for waterproof coiled material and preparation method of polyester film
The invention relates to a polyester film for a waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof. The film is an ABA type three-layer co-extrusion film, wherein the A layer is high-viscosity PET and high-concentration opening master batch, the B layer is PETG and polyurethane modified polyester, the A layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 65-85% of high-viscosity PET and 15-35% of high-concentration opening master batch, the B layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 60 percent of PETG, 2 to 20 percent of polyurethane modified polyester and 40 to 88 percent of PET. The polyester film is obtained by melting, extruding, sheet casting, longitudinal stretching, transverse stretching, traction, rolling and slitting raw materials of each layer through three-layer co-extrusion two-way stretching equipment, and the polyester film is prepared by adopting a low-temperature stretching and low-magnification stretching process. The preparation method can solve the problem that the thermal shrinkage of the prepared film is obviously influenced while the high-elongation polyester film is obtained.
本发明涉及一种用于防水卷材的聚酯薄膜及其制备方法,所述薄膜为ABA型三层共挤薄膜,A层为高黏度PET和高浓度开口母粒,B层为PETG和聚氨酯改性的聚酯,A层中各组分按照质量百分比计,包括65%~85%的高粘度PET,15%~35%的高浓度开口母粒,B层中各组分按照质量百分比计,包括10%~60%的PETG,2%~20%的聚氨酯改性聚酯,40%~88%的PET;通过三层共挤双向拉伸设备,将各层原料通过熔融、挤出、铸片、纵向拉伸、横向拉伸、牵引、收卷、分切后获得聚酯薄膜,该聚酯薄膜采用低温拉伸、低倍率拉伸的工艺制备。该制备方法可以解决在获得高延伸率聚酯薄膜的同时对所制备薄膜的热收缩性产生显著影响的效果问题。
