The invention relates to an antibacterial formaldehyde-removing composite inorganic artificial stone material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40 to 65 parts of aggregate; 25 to 40 parts of cement; 1 to 10 parts of a composite modifier; 0.001 to 0.008 part of a water reducing agent; 0.0002 to 0.002 part of a retarder; 6.5 to 15 parts of water; and 0.0008 to 0.005 part of modified antibacterial powder. According to the antibacterial formaldehyde-removing composite inorganic artificial stone, the modified antibacterial powder capable of continuously radiating terahertz waves is used for replacing a metal ion antibacterial agent to prepare the artificial stone, direct contact is not needed, good harmful gas decomposition and sterilization effects are achieved, environmental pollution is reduced, and human health is facilitated.
