Self-luminous kerb based on solid wastes and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a self-luminous kerb based on solid wastes and a preparation method thereof. The self-luminous kerb comprises a concrete foundation stone and a luminous stone which are combined through a tenon and a mortise; the luminous stone comprises the following components, by weight: 15-25 parts of epoxy resin, 6-10 parts of a curing agent, 90-225 parts of waste glass sand and 10-35 parts of colored fluorescent powder. The concrete foundation stone is prepared from the following components, by weight: 30 to 40 parts of cement, 50 to 60 parts of tailing sand, 120 to 130 parts of recycled aggregate, 70 to 80 parts of fly ash, 170 to 180 parts of water, 0.01 to 0.1 part of water reducing agent and 3 to 4 parts of toner. According to the self-luminous kerb, the luminous stone is connected with the concrete footstone in a splicing mode, the problem that a luminous layer of an existing luminous concrete kerb is extremely prone to abrasion and even falling off is solved, the self-luminous kerb emits light at night and does not need to emit light through electric power, and faults of devices such as a power source or an energy complementing device are avoided. And the occurrence of road traffic accidents is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种基于固弃物的自发光路缘石及其制备方法。包括混凝土基石和发光石,两者通过榫头和榫眼相结合;发光石按重量份包括以下组分:环氧树脂15~25份、固化剂6~10份、废玻璃砂90~225份、彩色荧光粉10~35份;混凝土基石照重量份包括以下组分:水泥30~40份、尾矿砂50~60份、再生骨料120~130份、粉煤灰70~80份、水170~180份、减水剂0.01~0.1份、色粉3‑4份。本发明自发光路缘石是将发光石通过拼接的方式与混凝土基石相连接,避免了现有的发光混凝土路缘石发光层极易磨损甚至脱落的问题,在夜晚发出光亮,不需要通过电力发光,不会发生电源或者补能器等装置发生故障,有效减少了道路交通事故的发生。
